  Working with Tim over the last few years has been an incredible experience! He really does care about his customers and makes sure to educate them on what their coverages are, and how exactly that translates into protecting them in a way anyone can understand it. He will do whatever he can to give you the best premium possible, but will never cut corners on coverages just to save a buck if it puts the customer in a potentially harmful situation. Tim goes to bat for you to make sure you are taken care of, and that’s a very sought after quality in an insurance agent. I’ve sent many of my friends to his office, and will continue to do so in the future.

  My experience with American Family Insurance has been truly exceptional. Timothy has been a huge part of that. I always feel taken care of, whenever I need aid someone is always quick to reply, there is excellent follow through, and I truly trust my insurance company.   Tim Rosendahl and his office staff have always had their customer's best interest in mind. They are always so attentive to my insurance needs and are easy to communicate with. I can't recommend this insurance office enough.
